Fire crews rescued a 9-week-old puppy that was trapped inside an underground pipe in Rockville on Wednesday. The Montgomery County Fire Department says they responded to the scene where the puppy was stuck in a drain pipe outside of the Flats at Shady Grove on Piccard Drive. The fire department says they used a Slim Jim tool to get the puppy out of the pipe and got it back to its owners.
