The Office of the State Fire Marshal was notified, on June 15, of a vehicle fire that occurred on June 14, according to officials.
The fire occurred at 7768 Woodland Circle, Easton, stated a recent press release.
Deputy State Fire Marshals responded to where the vehicle had been stored by the Sheriff's Office, and examined the burned 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck owned by Antonio Joseph Ruffini, 21, fire marshals said.
After the origin and cause examination, investigators determined the truck was intentionally set on fire and developed Ruffini as a suspect, according to officials. The night of the fire, the Talbot Sheriff's Office charged Ruffini for motor vehicle and alcohol related charges. Beforehand, Ruffini got into a disagreement with family at the Woodland Circle address, said the Office of the Deputy State Fire Marshals.
