A man was transported to shock trauma in Baltimore after being struck by a car in Westminster Tuesday afternoon, the city’s fire company said. The Westminster fire company transported the man to University of Maryland Shock Trauma as a precautionary measure, said Josh Evans, a spokesman for the fire company. “The injuries are considered non-life-threatening at this time,” Evans told the Times. Evans added that Westminster police are investigating the incident.
