PHOTOS: Baltimore city firefighters were on the scene performing a high angle aerial rescue involving a crane operator on Wednesday morning. Officials say the incident was located at the 2500 block of insulator Drive in South Baltimore. At the scene, firefighters were advised that the crane operator had been unconscious and nonresponsive upon further assessment by fire department personnel. The crane operator was found to be in cardiac arrest. Fire department, high angle, aerial rescue team and special rescue operations command were in the process of rescuing this victim from as high as 180 feet in the air to return them to ground level.
