An early start for some Mid-Michigan firefighters after flames break out at a home in Flint. Crews were called to the house at 1109 Mott Street at around 4 a.m. There were two adults, and three children inside who were able to safely escape. The Red Cross was called in to assist that family. The fire also caused some minor damage to a home nearby. It's suspected the fire was started by a generator.
