No one was injured when an abandoned house was consumed by fire early Tuesday morning.
At 4:52 a.m. April 25, Kalamazoo Public Safety officers responded to a report of a house fire in the 1500 block of Fairbanks Court, according to a news release from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
Upon arrival, Public Safety officers found a fully involved house fire in an abandoned residence.
There there were no reported injuries, authorities said.
Public Safety officers had the majority of the fire under control within 45 minutes of arriving on scene. The cause and origin of the fire is under investigation.
