A West Michigan barn owner is in the hospital after a fire breaks in Kalamazoo County. Cooper Township firefighters tell Newschannel 3 they were called out to the 3600 block of D Avenue West around midnight for a two-story barn fully engulfed in flames. We're told a large pile of wood caught fire, collapsing part of the roof. Firefighters put out the flames but shortly after, the fire reignited. We're told the owner of the barn was burned, and is recovering in the hospital right now. There's no word on what initially sparked the flames.
