Recent pictures obtained by 7 Action News show Dearborn Fire Chief Joseph Murray delivering campaign signs and flyers for his boss, on a Friday afternoon. Sources say the chief was also driving his city issued vehicle, while working on Mayor Jack O'Reilly's re-election campaign. Council President Pro Tem Thomas P. Tafelski says that is a direct violation of the city charter, considering taxpayers pay for gas and maintenance on the vehicle. Reactions from citizens were mixed on the streets of Dearborn, including some who were disappointed and others who didn't find the action troubling.
