Firefighters from three departments were at a house fire on the 1900 block of Yeager Street in Port Huron Township. Township Fire Lt. Phil Baxter said the fire was reported around 4:15 a.m. Friday. He said firefighters are still at the scene putting out hotspots. No one was injured. Baxter said the residents were not home when the fire was reported. He said the fire remains under investigation. Firefighters from Port Huron Township, Port Huron and Marysville were at the scene. Kimball Township firefighters were at the Port Huron Township fire station covering for other calls.
