The City of Cheboygan will hold a retirement open house for Cheboygan Fire Chief Thomas Bancroft on Wednesday, Sept. 27 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 403 North Huron Street in Cheboygan. Bancroft recently retired after 60 years of service on the department. Light refreshments will be served at the open house.
