Funeral arrangements will be held Saturday for three children who died last weekend in an early-morning house fire in Eastpointe.
The funerals come one week after the bodies of Brandon Mahone, 9, his brother, Cameron Zyher Swain, and their cousin, 4-year-old Madison Swain were found by firefighters in a house on Juliana Avenue.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Word of Truth Baptist Church, 4914 Lovett, Detroit.
Visitors will be received 3-9 p.m. Friday at James H. Cole Funeral Home, 2624 West Grand Boulevard, Detroit. Police say the children were left alone in the fire-ravaged house, located in the area of Eight Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue. No working smoke detectors were found, according to investigators.
