Fire destroyed a machine shed and most of its contents Friday afternoon north of St. Joseph.
Firefighters were at the blaze along Stearns County Road 133 between St. Joseph and Sartell for three hours starting at 12:30 p.m., according to fire Capt. Ken Jacobson.
The 30-by-40-foot shed housed small tractors, lawn mowers and miscellaneous equipment. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, Jacobson said. No injuries were reported.
Firefighters from St. Stephen, Sartell and Waite Park helped supply water.
No other buildings were damaged, but smoke was visible from about 3 miles away.
