A criminal complaint provides more details into the charges filed against a 38-year-old woman accused of setting a fire at a downtown Minneapolis store that caused more than $500,000 in damage, not including lost revenue. Lewonda Jones, 38 of Brooklyn Center, is charged with one count of first-degree arson and one-count of second-degree arson in Hennepin County. A clothing rack at the Marshalls store on Nicollet Mall was set on fire on July 15. The fire resulted in the store being closed for over two weeks, according to the complaint. Jones was found in Fargo, North Dakota, and is being held in the Cass County jail pending her return to Minnesota. The complaint states investigators reviewed store surveillance video, which showed a woman wearing a black baseball cap with a red logo, a white T-shirt with black lettering, white shorts, several bracelets on her left wrist and black shoes standing at the boys clothing rack as the fire was set.
