The Minnesota State Fire Marshals Office is investigating was promoted a fire inside a Walmart in Waseca Tuesday night. According to the Waseca Fire Department, crews arrived on scene just before 7 p.m. and found a fire near the frozen food section of the store. The sprinklers had been activated and crews were able to put the fire out quickly, but are in the process of clearing smoke from the building. A Waseca County dispatcher said everyone made it out safely. A picture from inside the store shows the small fire near the freezer aisles and smoke filling the air. It's unclear at this time what started the fire and how much damage was done, but law enforcement expects to have an update soon.
