VIDEO: Neighbors along Fairview Avenue in the Tower Grove South Neighborhood say a house caught fire three times and now police are investigating. Neighbors tell First Alert 4 that a vacant and abandoned home caught fire three times in roughly a month. “Deeply concerned that my house is going to catch fire too,” said Elizabeth Louden, who lives doors down from the fire. “I am fairly confident that it’s arson. They shouldn’t have to bring four rigs down here three times in the space of a month, risk their lives, their health, their safety to come and fight fire in an abandoned property.” Drone4 footage shows the scorched building that’s practically left as a shell. Louden says on March 5, March 27 and on April 30, she watched as St. Louis City firefighters fought flames.
