Firefighters from Billings and Laurel responded to a grass fire at 5100 Central Ave. just east of 56 Street West on Sunday afternoon. The fire ignited haystacks nearby, according to authorities. Fire officials said the loss of the straw bales stored outside the residence is estimated to be around $20,000. No one was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
