A man was rescued from the Billings Rimrocks Friday morning. It happened above Rockrim Lane, about a half mile west of North 27th Street. A man in his mid to late 20s fell about 100 feet, according to Billings Battalion Fire Chief Matt Hoppel. Firefighters and paramedics walked up from Rockrim to treat the man's injuries. Hoppel says crews could not walk him down, so they brought him up to the Rims. The man was conscious and talking, and it's not known the extent of the injuries. COMMENTS
