A fire that broke out in northeast Charlotte Wednesday evening remains under investigation. The fire broke out just before 5:30 p.m. at a building on Rumple Road near Michaels Landing Drive. The Charlotte Fire Department says the fire caused around $15,000 worth of damage. There was no power to the building, which officials say was used as storage by the Masonic Lodge. Twenty-nine firefighters responded to the call and were able to get the fire under control in about 14 minutes. No injuries were reported.
