Crews are on the scene battling a brush fire in Jackson County. Deputies with the Sheriff's Office say it covers at least 25-acres, but has since been contained. At this time, it's not clear if any homes or other structures are threatened. The fire started at 8 a.m. Sunday morning and the cause is still unknown. Crews say they will stay on scene and monitor hot-spots overnight.
