A man was pulled from a burning home in Statesville overnight. The Statesville Fire Department says firefighters were called to the fire at a home in the 400 block of Deaton Street. A man was found unresponsive inside and taken to the hospital for treatment. Firefighters believe the fire started in the kitchen, but say the cause remains under investigation.
