Seven Asheville firefighters and one police officer are hitting the road this week on two wheels to honor those who died in the line of duty in 2015.
The Carolina Brotherhood Ride left Monday morning from Smithfield, N.C., which is south of Raleigh. Rich Rauschenbach, Mike Webb, Chris Holroyd, Landon Davis, Jay Bettencourt, Mark Jameson and Ross Parkinson with Asheville Fire Department are riding this year.
