Several firefighters in Greenville responded to a structure fire on Bancroft Road. It happened just before 11p.m. on Friday. According to our reporter on the scene the call came in a regarding kitchen fire. When firefighters arrived smoke could be seen coming from the home. One person was transported to the hospital. The road was blocked off for a short time while crews worked to clear the area. Now word on what caused the fire or the extent of damages.
