Multiple crews responded to a fire at a manufacturing facility in Salisbury Thursday morning. According to Rowan County Communications, firefighters responded to a reported fire at the Gildan Yarns plant on Heilig Road around 5 a.m. Thursday. Officials said the fire was under control around 6:40 a.m. Multiple fire departments were called to the scene to assist with the blaze. No injuries have been reported by authorities.
