Four families have been displaced by a fire in a townhome complex overnight in Arden. Officials tell News 13, three out of the four families will be allowed to return home Thursday, but the resident whose townhome caught fire will not. The Skyland Fire Chief says they all had to stay elsewhere overnight because of residual smoke but the Red Cross made sure they all had somewhere to spend the night. The fire broke out just before midnight at 16 Pepperbrush Trail. The good news is that no one was hurt. Firefighters were able to contain the flames to just one unit and keep the fire from spreading to the three others in the building.
