The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is putting the call out for people to sign up for a special service through a series of tweets on Valentine’s Day. The service is Smart911 and provides first responders with information about the person calling so deputies can better serve residents. “Once you create your account, you’ll be brought into the system where you can fill in all the individual details like your address, your family members medications, allergies -- those kind of important details,” Allison Nock said. “They enter any information they want the 911 center to see. We don’t see this until you call us,” dispatcher Mark Broadway expalined.
