An Eastern Carolina woman with a history of arson is accused of setting fire to the very home that she lived in. Onslow County deputies have charged Chastity Keeter, 30, with second-degree arson. The family dog and cat were rescued from Tuesday night's fire at 900 Fire Tower Road that caused extensive damage to the mobile home. The same mobile home had a fire a week before when someone set the couch on fire as the family slept. Deputies say Keeter has been involved with six suspicious fires in the past year and was convicted of second degree arson back in 2004 in Rockingham County. The woman was jailed on a $10,000 secured bond.
