A woman was airlifted to the hospital after being stuck underneath a forklift at a Huntersville business Wednesday morning. According to the Huntersville Fire Department, the incident happened at the Pactiv Corporation on Meachum Farm Road. Firefighters tweeted about the incident around 3:21 a.m. Firefighters said the woman had been trapped under a forklift. A short time later, crews were able to free the woman. Police say there’s no criminal investigation. OSHA said they will be investigating this incident as an industrial accident. The extent of the woman's injuries is unknown.
