Roger Loerch, 80 of Harvey, ND died Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the St. Aloisius Hospital, Harvey.Funeral services will be held at the First Lutheran Church, Harvey on Saturday, January 21 at 2 p.m.Visitation will be held on Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Hertz Funeral Home of Harvey. Roger was a 51 year member, training officer and Past Fire Chief of the Harvey City Fire Department. He served as President of the North Dakota Firefighters Association in 1988 and received the North Dakota Firefighter of the Year in 1989. In 2007 he was inducted into the North Dakota Firefighters Hall of Fame.
