Christian Baron is no stranger to walks along the Greenway, but Wednesday the scenery is more sinister. “To find it in the winter and tucked away like that, it raises some questions definitely,” he commented. Police spent nearly 6 hours chipping through the frozen Red River to recover a body. “The victim is encased in the ice,” explained Grand Forks Police Lieutenant Brett Johnson.
