A driver crashed through a fence at Omaha's Benson High School overnight and is in police custody. Police later Tweeted that the suspect was an arson suspect from a nearby house fire. Omaha firefighters responded to a house fire near 50th and Spencer Streets around 10:50 p.m. Tuesday. Three people were home at the time and got out safely. The Red Cross was called in to assist. Omaha Police on Twitter later wrote that an "arson suspect from residential fire in the 5000 Block of Spencer is in custody after attempting to evade capture and driving through a fence." The crash happened on the property of Benson High School.
