PHOTO: Strong storms overnight left damage and power outages Wednesday morning. In Custer County, the Arnold Fire chief tells NTV there is a lot of tree damaged and downed power lines in the area. He said a farm storage building lost part of its roof and a grain bin on the west side of town was damaged. Winds up to 90 miles per hour were reported. Damage has also been reported in Kearney and Hastings. Southern Power District reported outages in the Kearney, Axtell and Heartwell areas Wednesday morning.
