VIDEO: A Columbus business is assessing damage after a Thursday night fire. Columbus Fire and Rescue responded to reports of an oven fire just after 6:00 Thursday night. A fire official says the blaze was contained to the oven area. The fire department responded with 17 fire personnel and responders were on scene for nearly two hours. Authorities shut off power to the part of the facility containing the oven to help safely put out the fire. There were no injuries reported. Camaco is an independent supplier of car seats. The company’s website says the Columbus facility does stamping, welding, tube manufacturing and more.
