Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop and Fire Department Chief Steven McGill hosted a ceremony at the fire headquarters on Marin Boulevard for the official blessing of the new Rescue Company 1 ladder truck on Wednesday. The new Rescue Company 1 ladder truck was immediately placed into service following the blessing.
