David Hickman has always been a good kid and a hard worker, according to his former brother-in-law, Chad Werenko. "I've gone to school with people where I thought someday I might see them on the news because they did something crazy and David is not one of those people," said Werenko. Federal prosecutors say they have reason to believe Hickman is behind the nine fires set throughout the city, including four Starbucks Coffee stores, a Barnes and Noble, and an Old Navy. Family and friends were in disbelief when they saw Hickman's mugshot on the news.
