The holidays always seem to have everyone all in the spirit of the season. There's an example of that in Santa Fe. Some firefighters from Santa Fe County Fire Department stepped up to help someone that they’ve been called on to help several times before. Bill Rees has a harder time getting around these days. Some firefighters and first responders like Randy Haugen from Santa Fe County have seen those struggles firsthand. "We've come out here and run a number of calls to help the resident of this home up off the ground when he's fallen inside the home," he said. To try and cut down on those falls for Rees, Santa Fe County firefighters built a handicapped accessible ramp at his home. Cut by cut and drill by drill, the ramp started to take shape.
