Fire crews put out a structure fire Wednesday afternoon on Central at Dorado, east of Juan Tabo, according to an Albuquerque Fire Department spokeswoman. Public Information Officer Melissa Romero said the fire occurred at an abandoned building at 12400 Central SE. She said firefighters were able to contain the fire within 20 minutes and there were no injuries. The area is still closed to traffic as crews investigate the cause of the blaze.
