Fire crews are wrapping up on the Venado Fire in the Santa Fe National Forest. Officials say the more than 4,100-acre fire is now 100 percent contained. Lightning caused the fire more than three weeks ago. No homes or structures were in danger. Rain the last few days helped firefighters contain the fire. Now, crews are conducting mop-up operations.
