A woman was rescued from a burning business Monday afternoon after fire crews responded to a blaze just before 4 p.m. The fire was at the Midnight Motors Auto Repair shop in an industrial complex located at 3855 S. Valley View Boulevard, near Twain Avenue. When firefighters arrived at the scene, there was heavy smoke coming from the business and reports of people trapped inside. Firefighters did rescue the one woman, who was then transported to University Medical Center Trauma for treatment and is in serious condition. “We had somebody inside,” Clark County Fire PIO Roy Session said. “They were aggressive and started with an offensive attack.” Jeff Jones was working at a neighboring business when he said he heard multiple explosions right before the fire started.
