A massive four-alarm fire blazed through a Clinton Hill apartment building Thursday morning, officials said. Flames erupted in the four-story building at 1163 Fulton St. around 5:30 a.m. on Dec. 7, said FDNY. Video posted to Twitter by the New York Rescue Response Team shows black smoke billowing out of broken windows. Firefighters were still battling the blaze three hours later and one person sustained non-life threatening injuries, according to FDNY tweets.
