An SUV clipped a livery cab, crashed into a parked van and hopped a curb in Hell's Kitchen — striking two pedestrians before coming to a halt on Thursday afternoon, officials and witnesses said.
The driver of a Chevy Suburban was headinbg south on Ninth Avenue and swerved into the right-hand lane just before West 37th Street, where the SUV driver, whose identity wasn't immediately released, cut off a livery cab who was also making a right-hand turn onto the one-way street, witnesses said.
"I said, 'Stop! Stop!'" said livery cab driver Pardeep Singh, 48, who had a passenger in his backseat at the time. "I'm scared, shaking."
