The chief of the Little Falls fire department confirms three people were reported to have injuries during Wednesday afternoon's home explosion on West Main Street.
Robert Parese could not confirm the severity of the injuries, but was able to confirm there were no fatalities. As for the cause of the explosion, Parese said it's still too early to tell.
"We're still looking into a bunch of different things at this point, nothing really conclusive right now," Parese said.
By 11:00 p.m. Wednesday, residents evacuated from the street were allowed back in their homes, and power was restored. Seven families who lived closest to the explosion are still displaced and are receiving help from the Red Cross.
