Rochester Fire investigators still need your help to find the person who started a massive fire on Thurston Road last month.
It has been ruled an arson, but investigators have not made an arrest.
"My mind was everywhere," said Jessica Correa, who lived at 440 Thurston Rd. "It’s like who would want to hurt us. Who would want to see us with nothing? Because that's just what we had just before the holidays, just before the New Year. "
The five-alarm fire was the largest in the city of Rochester in the past 10 years. A firefighter was injured. A tenant suffered smoke inhalation. It left people like Correa and her family with nothing. Everything they owned went up in flames.
"I feel like it was an inside job, but us tenants in the building, we were a family," she said.
Correa says the 12 people who lived there were a close-knit group who looked out for one another.
