Late Monday afternoon, the Lucas County Coroner's office released the names of four people killed in a deadly apartment fire.The victims are identified as Sharell Crisp , 28, Antoinette Brown, 31, Ahmard Brown, 5, and Richard Fair, 46.
Flames broke out at the Woodlands Apartment Complex around 4:00 AM on Sunday.
"I thought it was surely death," said resident Joseph Moore.
He is counting his blessings after he narrowly escaped the massive fire blaze.
"I just ran," said Moore. "[I] dealt with the smoke and the heat and was hoping that I didn't get caught on fire myself."
