University Hospitals officials honored the "lifesavers and caregivers" who revived a resident after he slipped into full cardiac arrest last fall. And Nick Pishnery, an EastCom dispatcher since 1989, arrived at Monday's City Council meeting to thank his comrades as well. Pishnery, 66, was on medical leave Sept. 27 after getting a hip replacement earlier in the month. He had just taken a walk around the neighborhood with his therapist from UH, Patrick McNamara, who was getting ready to leave when he noticed something wasn't right.
