A Hamilton firefighter facing multiple felony charges for allegedly submitting forged medical documents has a new attorney who has asked for a continuance in the trial.
Anthony Houston, 46, of Cincinnati, is scheduled to go to trial on June 19, but his new attorney David Washington, who was retained by Houston last week, said he needs addition time to prepare for trial, according to court documents.

Washington told this news outlet that case will go to trial. Butler County Common Pleas Judge Jennifer McElfresh will consider the motion for continuance today during a hearing.
