Five people are hurt after an ambulance was involved in a crash near Lebanon. The crash happened at about 8 a.m. on Route 122 just east of Red Lion village, police said. State Route 122 is closed. Troopers said that a car pulled over to allow a Lebanon ambulance to pass and a pickup truck attempted to pass the car. The truck struck the ambulance head-on. Two EMTs, the patient in the ambulance and one person from each of the other two vehicles involved were hurt, but their injuries are non-life-threatening. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is responding to the crash.
