At least two people suffered burns today when a gas can exploded on an outdoor fire.
Crews were called at 4:10 p.m. to the 7800 block of Pleasant Valley Road in Gratis Twp., according to the Preble County Sheriff’s Office dispatch.
Two people were taken to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton from the scene, but their conditions were not known, village of Gratis Assistant Fire Chief Chris Allen said.
The explosion happened outside, and crews also had to put out a fire with it.
