A Toledo home is destroyed after fire tore through it early Wednesday morning. Toledo Firefighters responded around 5AM to a fire at a home located in the 800-block of Colburn near Thayer. Battalion Chief Brian Byrd tells 13abc the home was full of debris and made it a challenge for firefighters to get inside. No one was at the home at the time the flames broke out and it’s not clear if anyone lived in the home. Byrd says the fire rekindle due to the large about of debris and city crews have been called to possible demolish what is left of the house. No injuries are reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
