A fire destroyed everything inside a group home one day before residents were set to move out. The house on St. Leger Place was used for homeless adults, according to Sanctuary Homes Foundation, a small family business based in Cincinnati. Residents were in the process of transitioning to a new location in Avondale and were scheduled to move all their furniture Wednesday. The Cincinnati Fire Department told WLWT no one was home at the time of the fire.
