Eight adults and one child were hospitalized following a possible HazMat situation at Salem's Community Action Head Start school Thursday morning. According to Salem Fire officials, crews responded to the preschool just before noon for reports of headaches, nausea and dizziness. Firefighters examined the preschool and found nothing out of the ordinary, but eight adults and one child were hospitalized. NW Natural Gas is also looking into the situation.
